Price Guarantee

Our price guarantee is on Brink Towbars only. The towbar must be the exact same as our specification and must include product delivery costs as we do.

In the case that you can provide a quotation for the exact same product from a competitor, TowBar World will refund twice the price difference. The quotation must be no more than 7 days old.

  • TowBar World will only provide a price guarantee on towbars, this price match guarantee does not cover accessories or any other products featured on our website.
  • TowBar World will only price guarantee written quotations, either stated on a genuine retailer's website or as an email quote with the competitors header and signature included. This can include quotations by traditional high street retailers but this must be detailed on letter headed paper.
  • TowBar World will only price guarantee on a like for like basis for example the towbar must be made by the same manufacturer and include the same accessories.
  • The item must be in stock and available from the competitor.
  • Price match does not include any prices which are offered on a trade pricing structure.
  • This is only offered on new products and does not include second hand items.
  • Items which are offered on auction websites such as ebay are not included under this price guarantee.

For UK orders we use next day carriers. This means that your goods will usually arrive the next working day for most of the UK mainland. If your delivery address is in a remote location delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live. It is our intention that goods in stock ordered before 2pm should be received within 48 hours. Towbar World will make every effort to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Towbar World will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical.

Please note that we do not ship to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or any offshore Islands.

Towbar World products carry a guarantee which varies from product to product. We have chosen our product range carefully and in the case of Brink Towbars there is a lifetime guarantee.


All products quoted on Towbar World website are Vat inclusive unless otherwise stated. Towbar World invoices will have a HM VAT number; export orders can be supplied free of VAT once a VAT number is supplied on letterhead.

Towbar World is backed up by large stocks, however should an item not be available we will notify you as soon as possible and either cancel or place your order on backorder.


Goods, which prove unsuitable, may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt subject to the following conditions:

  • Items are returned carriage paid.
  • Items are received in a resaleable condition.
  • Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
  • Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging that is damaged or defaced).
  • Items returned after 7 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • We cannot accept any items that have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
  • All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. Please help us to help you.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
  • Towbar World must be notified and agree to returns by email before goods are returned. A customer representative will evaluate your return request and provide you with a (returns form) which must accompany all returns.


Please advise our Customer Service Department of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

Towbar World is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
